Riesbeck’s Food Markets Rolls Out Enhanced Online Shopping and Fulfillment Platform with eGrowcery

Ohio/West Virginia supermarket chain turned to eGrowcery for a more user-friendly digital interface that makes shopping online and fulfilling orders in the store easier

Riesbeck’s Food Markets is launching its new online shopping and order fulfillment platform, powered by eGrowcery, with options for pick-up and delivery, in a move designed to enhance the user experience and drive growth in digital sales. This strategic shift represents the retailer’s commitment to staying competitive post-pandemic against much larger grocery retailers.

The new eGrowcery platform offers online shopping, pick-up and delivery, aiming to exceed the industry average 3% growth rate for ecommerce sales. Both test shoppers and store pickers involved in the rollout so far have expressed optimism about the improved workflow and customer satisfaction. Retailers upgrading to eGrowcery’s unified commerce platform see as much as a 23% increase in sales, right out of the gate.
